How to install anyRemote
Does anyone here know how to install anyremote? And does puppy support bluetooth? Im running puppy 4.1. Thanks
Hey!
Great news. I got it working perfectly! Well, i think so anyway. Im still unable to use it due to the fact that im lost when it comes to bluetooth.
Basically all I want to do is boot puppy. Open anyremote. Launch open office impress. And give presentations controlling them from my phone.
Im not sure how anyremote uses bluetooth, but puppy is obviously not working nicely with it. My 1st idea was to bond the two devices, but I don't evin know how to do that.
Thanks. Any bluetooth advice would be awesome!

After struggling for two days, everything works! In now working on a tutorial for it. Trying to retrace my steps. Problem is I installed so much im not sure anymore whats what. So will be making a clean install.
Let me know if anyone is interested... Might work on it slightly faster.
Im still very new to linux so I have NO idea how to package something. Can anyone give me a guideline, or is someone willing to package it for me?
Thanks.

then place all your installed directories into it, like usr/bin/ or /usr/lib
then you right-click where you new folder sits, this case its root right click the mouse and select /window/terminal here
type in
dir2pet anyremote
follow the script and thats it

ok that means your compiling sources right, using a devx_400.sfs or devx_301.sfs etc
I usually use in most cases
./configure --prefix=/usr --build=i386-linux
make
new2dir make install
that will package everything into 1 directory usually called the same as the source plus i386
then just do the dir2pet thing and your home safe
but look at the i386 directory and if you see a root folder, delete it, sometimes you get a junk root folder, just trash it

ps good luck
