Um, guest, the point is to specify whether or not the hardware works in Puppy. So, which is it?

HP Pavalion N5470 laptop with a Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-R2002 internal DVD-ROM/CD-R.
This DVD/CD combo is unable to create multi-session CDs in any OS (tried XP Home SP2 & Puppy 1.0.6).

I should have added that I haven't tested any previously created multisession disks. I just figured that since I couldn't create any, they wouldn't work.

Sorry,
presario 700us laptop, will burn mulitsession cds but after the 1st save will not reboot from that disk. this is what happens with cds burned either on the laptop or on my desktop. the desktop uses both the multisession cd's and dvd's just fine burned by either the desktop or the presario.(burned using nero 6, kb3. laptop cd is a cd writer/dvd player teac dw28E. winxp home.
desktop is an amd homemade, with a generic dvd/cd burner. not sure of the brand right off.
