I just downloaded 1.6 as my 1st Linux distro, and figured out how to change what the Puppy Menu's Text is. You go to root, and in the context menu's Display section select Show Hidden. Then you open the file .jwmrc
and edit the 6th line. It looks like this:
<RootMenu label="Whatever" icon="mini-dog.xpm">
Whatever is the label. Replace it with whatever you want, but if it's too long, then it won't all show on the button.
Isn't that neat?!

Just show me the way and I'll give it a go....
Hola Rarsa,
If you show me the location of the XDG menu file, I can do the same thing I did to the standard Puppy menu file and give it a Spanish language interface to that particular window manager.
