My HP-932c color printer only prints in black

I am able to print to my HP 932c but even though I have selected black + 3 color cartridge it will only print in black. Has anyone tried installing "CUPS" to Puppy Linux ? :( |

There's a file called colorcir.ps in /usr/share/ps-pdf. Try printing that out with the xpdq print manager program ( Start>Utilities menu ). It's a good test for colour printing. If you click on Configure Driver in the printer menu in Xpdq there are options for defaulting to monochrome or colour. Make sure colour is selected. As all the print jobs are routed through xpdq then this setting is possibly the first place to check. |
