It's probably a good idea.. But is it possible to have an RSS feed for Barry's general news page? It's a good idea for all of us who use feed readers.
What would also be coool would be one for the forum....
Puppy News RSS feed?
Puppy News RSS feed?
I am nobody. Nobody is perfect. Therefore I am perfect. :P
I think you'll need to have the feed urls first, e.g,
http://www.cnn.com/rss/cnn_topstories.rss
And I think this is the only one that we have now:
http://puppylinux.org/wikka/RecentChang ... hanges.xml
Fyi I think the cms installation we now use at puppylinux.org has mods for that (generating rss feeds for site content, as well as parsing rss feeds of other websites). I hadn't installed it because the version of the cms we use is quite new and most of the mods available are for older versions only. So we'll have to wait for them to update the mods to compatible ones (there're other very useful mods which hadn't installed been installed for the same reason; e.g. 'download sub-categories' allows creation of sub-cat under the download section, 'lastest download panel', 'top download panel', 'file upload', etc)
