Installing Puppy to HD

#1 Post by bert07 »

I have mentioned this somewhere before regarding a previous release, but I stll can not install Puppy to my sdb1 partition.

I must admit: the sda drive has 14 partitions and the sdab drive 10 partitions.

But because Puppy can find a .sfs file on my sdb10, I do not think tat's the problem. Puppy can see all the partitions. Ir only can not install tot my sdb drive.

And yes, it is formated as ext3.

Any suggestions are welcome.

What I do is, I install Puppy to an empty sdaxx drive, than copy it to the sdb1 drive. I alter the /etc/fstab a little, and everything works.
