4.2.1rc3

This is where you post about usability issues (not bugs) in pre-release versions of Puppy 4.x (alphas, betas, rcs). Usability issues are things like poor contrast in the themes, non-ergonomic button layouts, unintuitive application behavior, etc.

Was the newer network wizard intentionally left out of 4.2.1rc3...?

Yes. It was rolled back from 4 April to 1 April on the basis of connection issues among other things. It also seems like Dougal has taken a powder, so the maintenance of the wizard will have to wait until someone feels like pitching in to find out what the problem was. Although the updates have mysteriously disappeared from Dougal's network wizard thread, I still have the April 4 version available if you need it for some reason.
