I started writing from it but it locked up and I lost the post :oops:

It is slow (compared to Puppy) looks much better as it uses Gnome as default and it set up my DHCP automatically.

I was using it from CD (you have to download and join 3 separate files - follow the instructs) and boot in as root - no password - from CD Gentoo based. Nice - yes. Potential yes. Will I be changing?

Does it run from RAM like Puppy does so as not to wear out the flash memory with lots of writing and erasing?

I ran it from CD and it was 311 meg (a release candidate) - you need to run the CD to install it to Flash memory keydrive

It seems solid - It used Abiword and Gnumeric and also came with Open Office (boy was that slow to load compared with Puppy)
- it is not a live CD but a dead CD

However it shows considerable promise - it reminds me of Beatrix - a basic bunch of high quality software - Gimp, Firefox etc

I wonder how it does what it claims IE sets up your flashdrive to live longer. Hmmmmm.
