How to setup D-Link DSL-200 modem on Puppy?

Few days ago I tried Puppy on my pc. I think it is good and fast OS.
My Puppy is booted from ide hdd partition, I am using flioppy for start.

But today I tryed to go online with Puppy and nothing worked. My modem is D-Link DSL-200 USB. It works fine with XP now.

It wold be cool, if someone post step-by step how I can go online. What I have to dl, instal and etc.
