Hi, I'm really a newbie to linux, and i found recently about Puppy distro, I saw many people building a Spanish Distro, i have zero programming knowledge (besides C, or C++ from the High School, or Pic's assembler from microchip), but I can read a little English, so I found my way to contribute, I translated most of the text from the website, i send you these files one with the original text and the other in spanish, having (i belive) 1:1 Sentence corresponding. So feel free to use it anytime. Cheers

Esta vez con una nueva, ya tengo la primera BETA de la traducción de Puppy versión 4.2.1 en español.

El archivo es pup_421esbeta1.sfs
No es una archivo ISO, porque es un edición de prueba, estas son las instrucciones de instalación

Requisitos:
Necesita un USB PEN FLASH nuevo, o vacío
Un ordenador Pentium II o superior(+ de 200Mhz)

1.-Es necesario arrancar desde Puppy Linux 4.2.1
2.-Crear una instalación a el USB
3.-Después de haberla creado descargar pup_421esbeta.sfs y grabarlo al USB PEN
4.-Eliminar el pup_421.sfs (en inglés), y renombrar a la versión BETA con es mismo nombre.
5.-Arrancar desde USB configurar teclado y servidor X.
6.-Cambiar la configuración de ROX a español.
7.-Cambiar la configuración de locales de en_US a es_ES y reiniciar X.
8.-Guardar sesión

Por favor, por el momento no utilice su archivo personal pup_save.sfs, recuerde que es una edición de prueba.

Problemas conocidos:
El cache de mozilla se cóme el archivo pup_save.sfs
No están traducidos Geany,Osmo,Trash(Reciclaje),Galculator,Remax,rxvt,seahaven...etc, ni la barras de escritorio.
El acceso directo a Xarchiver (Gzip) en escritorio índica error.

Pido disculpas, si alguien está trabajando en la traducción, y yo no avisado que también lo hago; también es difícil instalar sin ser ISO, pero por el momento necesito el punto de vista de los usuarios más experimentados.

Felicitaciones por el release! Lograste incluir todos los archivos que habías traducido? La verdad es que hay que hacerte un monumento, excelente y arduo trabajo de tu parte

Estoy en dial-up en este momento, pero voy a bajarla y probarla.
