I think I suggested that we find examples and useful links
for new Puppys

For example how to get rid of spam (deleting is the quickest way) and using an on line email client such as http://www.mail.com/ (but then they have ads - so you need firefox-adblocker) who block most spam

One neat trick is when you have to provide an email address to a web site for no good reason (other than being spammed by updates, and "partner" spam)

you could set up a spamgourmet.com account

then you can provide an address such as

Microsoft.3.puppy@spamgourmet.com

the first part is a new name
the 3 is the number of emails this person/account can send to your provided address and puppy@spamgourmet.com is your account forwarding service
