Hello good people.

How do I remaster a multisession cd after it is full?
Do I have to start another CD all over from scratch?

I will use a DVD next time but what do I do when that is full?

The answer to this must be here somewhere, but I can't find it.
If you can post a link that would be great.

It seems from that post that nobody has known how to do this before a week ago. Is that right? That really surprises me.
Anyway. I'm off to try it now. I'll report back.

Fantastic.
I can't find suitable words to describe how good I think this is.
Only one aspect needs improving for me.
I created the iso using Pburn copyCD, and stopped the process half way to grab the iso.
There must be a cleaner way of creating an iso than this way.

I've posted essentially the same thing several times in the last few years. This is the first time anyone reported finding a use for it. Smile

Did you try Menu -> Multimedia -> ISOMaster iso file editor?

But there's no need to remaster the iso if you're using a multisession CD or DVD.. Just save whatever changes you make to Puppy on your multisession DVD. When you "defragment" as described in the post I linked to, it's as good as remastering.

Well I checkedout ISOMaster and couldn't see how it could create an ISO. Maybe I'm dumb.
No matter, I have learned how to use dd command and that's fine.
I have taken your advice and saved an ISO of the remaster for next time.

Did you click the Help menu button in ISOMaster? Its Overview is quite a good introduction. Short, but to the point. I hadn't used ISOMaster in years, and even then I only tinkered with it a bit. So this time I couldn't figure it out at first, then I hit on the Help button and it became clear. Laughing
