Puppy 1.0.8r1: Time setting is not working on desktop

With Puppy 1.08r1 the time & date graphical access icon on the desktop does not set the system time.

A small problem, but a critical problem if you must reset your BIOS frequently.

Had no look at 108 yet, but Barry might have overseen to add the 107-bugfix.

Here is the correct "Set time and Date" for Puppy 107/108:

It contains just one single file /usr/sbin/set-time-for-puppy

Oh, yes, I fixed it in puppy2, not in 1.0.8.
Will have to add that to the to-do list for 1.0.9.
