Bladehunter,
I think you mentioned somewhere that you have limited bandwidth/download-quota?
If so, when you develop a 1.0.4-based puplet, let me know and we can find an alternative home ...maybe babbs can host it, or Normen Stengel.

Here is a mirror of it. It may not be the fastest connection or always on, but there is no quotas on it.

EDIT Had to take the server down.

Any chance of a v1.0.4 kernel with FrameBuffer?

Too slow but I have released a version based on 1.0.4 that has a cutdown version of XFree86......download the NFS version as it has some symlinks fixed up...See announcements

Puppylinux with Framebuffer Support

#7 Post by jawamz »

I note that the link on the forum to the older 1.0.3 version of puppy with both framebuffer support and also support for Atheros wifi cards no longer works.

This combination of features exactly suits my needs with an older Celeron based NEC laptop. Is there a new server ... that I have missed ... or is someone working on a verion of 1.0.5 with these benefits???

Have you tried using 1.05 with xserver and madwifi drivers? Works fine for me.
