OpenOffice for US English?

I can't find OO for US English in the package manager. There's British and South African. I need the correct spelling chequer.

Try here: http://puppylinux.org/wikka/openoffice To enable US English spell checking:
2.Select Tools --> Extension Manager 3. Select Add 4. Navigate to OpenOffice's directory (this varies by the installation method of Puppy (Full or Frugal) and OpenOffice (.pet or .sfs)). 5. Navigate to (Your system's specifics)/openoffice/openoffice.org3/share/extension/install/dict-en.oxt 6. You will now see a prompt; select "For all users." 7. Exit the Extension Manager. 8. Spell checking should now work. Tested & Working under: Version: Puppy 4.3.1 FULL Package: http://www.smokey01.com/coolpup/openoffice-3.2.1.9502_en-US.pet |
