How to boot from USB if unsupported in BIOS?

Dear Experts,

I have a Mainboard bios that doesnt support Boot from USB. After Googling, i found this page:

My Question:

1. Where is Puppy boot kernel located? usually ini /boot
2. Is there posibility to do booting process with a floppy disk?
