How to set shell background/text color?

#1 Post by PC-Tech »

Been using Puppy for a couple of months now, and I love it... Except for one small detail; the terminal shell color scheme (white bg, black & colored text) is very hard on my eyes and I do most of my work in the shell.

Between looking throughout the filesystem and searching the forum, I've had no luck finding which script I need to modify so I can do a quick remaster with a preferable color scheme.

If anyone could please let me know which script to mod or if there's an alternate iso that has a dark shell (I like the pablo scheme fro gvim in my shell scheme), it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks MU, I was about ready to logoff when I didn't see many users logged in.
