Im new to linux and i don't know what program to use to make internet work.
i have DSL and it doesn't use a username or password, and i don't set an IP address. this is probably easy to set up, but i'm not too good with these kinds of things. thanks in advance

If you're not using wireless run the Ethernet Wizard (under Uilities or Setupt in the menu, can't remember and I'm not on puppy at the moment).
when it comes up click "configure eth0" and then "Auto dhcp".
works for over 90% of people on DSL or behind a router.
If not, post again.
