In a previous message I placed at the disposal of the Puppy community the story of the computer that had befriended a puppy.
In this post I would like to do the same with a HardInfo report of it.
I'm doing this because at least, for the time being, this computer will be the only means I will have to communicate with the forum and I'm looking forward to receiving advice about how getting the most out of Puppy with the hardware and firmware I have available.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to display the light, neat and easy to read .html version of the report because the .html files are not on the list of the allowed attachments , so I'll try to post the first part of it by means of ten .gif files with this post.
I'm planning to add the last part of the HardiInfo report with seven .gif files I will send with a second post.
If by doing this I'm not respecting the forum's rules, I will be very grateful if somebody can call my attention about it and help me to reach my goal without breaking them.
Antipodal
PS: I have tried to use the "File Comment" box @ the "Add an Attachment" section to inclose a "Description" of the content of each file but Seamonkey has dropped off , so I'll try to do that later.
PS: I edited to write seven in stead of "nine"
PS: Sun 22 Jan 2012 . This PS is to highlight that currently this desktop is being used without hard disk drives.

HardInfo report of the computer that befriended a puppy
Dear amigo
Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it and would like to be able to follow your advice but...
My ignorance turns things that are simple for you, impracticable at the moment for me.
These are my details:
If I follow the Menu/System/HardInfo hardware information/Generate Report/Select All/Generate path, a Save File window appears that saves a hardinfo_report file of the computer I'm using in root folder as a .html file. (hardinfo_report.html)
Clicking on it, Seamonkey opens it as file:///mnt/fd0/hardinfo_report.html.
Using Menu/Graphic/mtPaint-Snapshot screen capture I have captured 17 sectors of that document with which I have made 17 files. In each of them I have selected File/Save. That has opened a Save Image File window that, by default, saves in /root .png files with the name I have chosen.
I chose HardInfo 1 , HardInfo 2 ... ........ HardInfo16, HardInfo17.
They were copied to a diskette. From there they are being uploaded to Puppy's forum using the Browse/Add attachment/Submit buttons from the Add an Attachment section of Misc/New Topic.
To be able to follow your advice and make things easier I should at least have answers to the following questions:
At what point/s of the above sequence should I change what I have done ?
What change/s should I do ?
By means of which medium should I send the note you have mentioned in your reply ?
Amigo says:
While I'm waiting to find the answers to those questions and because (at least until now ) nobody has called my attention about breaking the forum's rules, I will continue with my former plan:
Best regards
Antipodal
PS: Amigo, though I have accomplished my plan, you are still welcomed if you teach me your way of doing the job.

- -->Adding the descriptions to the uploaded attachments.
-->Uploading the missing files
