Greetings all,
I've been thinking about building a custom Puppy for a while and now I'm finally going to give it a try. Among other things, I was wondering if there's anyone here who has experience using the Xfce Albatross theme on Puppy? I'm running Xubuntu 9.10 and I'm very partial to the look, but it's eating up way too many resources on my netbook. So I definitely want to make Albatross part of the puplet. Any tips for me to keep in mind in getting it to work, or any screenshots of what it might look like? Thanks a lot!
Xfce Albatross theme on Puppy?

Xubuntu runs Compiz alongside Xfce, right? I don't remember being honest with you. I've only run Xfce on Puppy; but if so, that could very well be your issue. If you are able to eliminate the Compiz and just run it as straight Xfce, then you shouldn't have any issues.
If not, I'm afraid I don't know what the fix would be.

How it looks like with jwm (it's actually gtk theme and for window decoartions to look like on screenshot with metacity you'll need similar xfce decorations theme)
