No wifi (Puppy Linux 5.2, Toshiba Satellite)

I'm running Puppy Linux 5.2 from the LiveCD. As soon as I get to the desktop, a notification pops up saying that the computer isn't connected to the computer and it gives me a network wizard. It shows 2 options: eth0 (wired) and wlan (wireless). Whenever I choose wireless it says it can't connect or something and that "it might be fixed by trying again" or something like that. I tried it again a few times but it never worked. I might try plugging in the ethernet cable to see if I can access the internet that way but that's not a solution. I think I should just use a Windows XP driver but I'm not sure which one I need exactly and I can't find the download. According to SysInfo, my ethernet adapter is RTL8101E/RTL8102E PCI express fast ethernet controller (rev 05). Can someone please guide me step by step (im a linux n00b and an even bigger puppy n00b) how to fix this?

sounds like you might be using the "Simple Network Setup", which is the first offered. Sadly, I've never been able to connect through it. However, try the second offering, the "Network Wizard", (which can be reached through Setup Menu/Internet Connection Wizard) ((i know...lots of wizards...))and follow the directions here:

What is the model number and specs of that satellite?
What module does it show for wlan?

If wlan is showing then A driver is installed...
First, as Cowboy said, try the regular "Network Wizard"
That should work...if not:
Please open a terminal and type

lsmod

and then seperately

iwconfig

And post the results...
(Highlight them, and paste to a text editor, with "Middle click")

Maybe the wrong driver...And yes, with any support request, please post as much of your machine specs, ie Make, model, CPU, RAM, LAN, WLAN, Video, etc. as possible...
It really helps...
For example, I have a Satellite, and may have an easy answer, but IDK cause....
