floppy drive?

how can i find my floppy drive in my windows explorer(aka file manager)?

MToolsFM in file manager after u press START

Yes, but you'll also need to study up a bit on mounting/unmounting and how it works in Linux, then explore Start -> File managers -> Mount/unmount drives.
