yes.
Puppy already has some, you can modifiy them.
In Rox, click on the "show hidden" -icon.
Then navigate to
/root/.jwm/themes
Read the files there, and ask again, if you have problems understanding them.
Icewm is basically the same, but the themes are more complex.
Install these, if you already have Icewm:

Then look in /root/.icewm

Hacao wrote me a tip to fix your problem with some characters not displayed correctly, unfortunately the forum with that message has been deactivated.
You must add the font "arial" to /root/.fonts (from windows).
Then modify the themes to use Arial.
I will try it myself this weekend, and hope I can give more detailed instructions.
I also will search for a free font, that can be used.
