Whelp-1.3.1 Editor

Hi One and All,
This is my second attempt today to upload(still new at this).
I have updated Whelp and fixed the full screen bug.(see whelp README).
Added the ability to Lock the options selected.
Added to Toolbar Style the option to Show or Hide.
Added a quick find entry box to toolbar with search up/down buttons.
I have developed a couple of items as suggested by Maxerro and Ttuuxxx,
but want to do more testing a LOT more before I add them to Whelp.
SORRY no tabs yet!
