libevent version 1.4.14 and 2.0.11

The libevent library is an asynchronous event notification library that provides a mechanism to execute a callback function when a specific event occurs on a file descriptor or after a timeout has been reached. Most people will need the libevent version 1.4.14, the new version 2.0.11 is larger and for the time being most of the programs are based to version 1.4.14. The Development versions have development files that most people don't need.
