basically this is my personalisation
so I do what I want with it
It is very simple because I am not much of a coder
- very easy to adapt

As for yodeling.....ummm....not my mantra....

You need mountains (traditionally Alps)
It then echoes and makes more sense
. . . but not much
I have added Yodel++ for 3.7 as it contains non yodeling

For meditation, rather than flutes and sitars I prefer the instrumental work of Yngwie Malmsteen... Cool

And the AutoZen pet I made is annoying to the extreme... Laughing

I personally find the sitting still and noise mush of binaural beats is no where near as effective as traditional meditation techniques. However that is my experience

You can of course use an imaginary shoe box or location . . .

Initiating conversations and interactions with such projections
can be both fun and illuminating. Many of us have a tendency to fantasy.
