I am guessing you want to open a file manager window focused on that directory? If so, menu>filesystem>rox filemanager. This will open your starter window. Just follow the links, but first you must click on the little eye icon in the rox toolbar with the left mouse button to 'show hidden files' as your first link, .usr, is a hidden file.
