I didn't find something which solved that desktop flip issue.
The info is under desktops and bindings. No, it does not say how to turn it off because in macpup it is already off to start with ,has been for a long time now. That is the best way to fix the flip issue. Beem, I invite you to try macpup 525 out to see how we do things.

Sorry to consider that help as help for Enlightenment.
I should have seen it in the Macpup perspective.

Hi runtt21 !
I am not an expert in linux or puppys.
Now the Lucidpup 525 is somehow updated to 528 (two and three headed dog).
Is there any plan to do the same with your Macpup?
or is it possible to update macpup to 528 somehow?

Patience, both luci's just came out( even though they have been in development for a while.) I know Playdaze has done a outstanding job and yes I intend to build macpups out of both. I will wait a few days to watch how they are doing and start on a new build of e next week. Just hang on, we will test alot before we release. We dont just crank stuff out . We have had a long row of very successful pups and we want that to keep going.

I want to get another theme or two out first. :D

The MP-Smoke-1.pet is now in the macpup525 folder on my macpup page. The smoke theme is a customized version of Glen Larsen's smoke theme. It is very light.I think it's the smallest e17 theme I have seen. But it doesn't "skin" all of the modules so they will revert to the default. theme, and it doesn't have its own boot splash.....

Important note for Dpup users

All macpup theme use the alternate shelf style.Macpup is set up to do that by default. To set your desktop up that way right click on the shelf ,select bottom shelf( or whatever shelf you are using) and then settings. Then look under the style tab in the shelf settings panel.

I should have the blue 7 theme up tomorrow.

Important note for Dpup users
Thank you of keeping Dpup users informed. Most of us are still green and novice when it comes to e17. I have learnt the basic usage through your excellent advices and manuals.
Thanks, and your tips are highly appreciated.

I plugged my latest build of e into 528 and so far it has run great. I haven't seen a white box at all,in fact I haven't seen one in 525 in several months. :D Later this week I will build a newer version of e for the next macpup .I want to wait a few days to see if they get this ibar/engage bug fixed that I keep hearing about.

My 528 test build....

Is Firefox 7.0 Beta the one to stay with for a while then?
Thanks for your help now I know how to set them up. Without your help I would have no clue at all :)
I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though
