Hello, this is a home-made program fresh from the workshop that I created it all by myself. (1 version only, It's a hobby.)
The .pet and is in the attachment.
And after you installed this .pet or package remember to type this in the terminal prompt:

chmod 0777 /bin/o2view

and:
Code:
chmod 0777 /etc/o2view/o2view

Automatically the pinstall.sh (Post-Install Script.) will automatically set Oxygenviewer as the default HTML Viewer
The puinstall.sh (Post-Uninstall Script, Run on uninstall.) will make it back to what things used to be.
To prevent from uninstalling type this in terminal:

cat /etc/o2view/restore-prefered-application.bak > /usr/local/bin/defaulthtmlviewer

and you are done.
To run the application type this in terminal:

o2view

or find the application that uses /usr/local/bin/defaulthtmlviewer.
