I just got Luci 5.28. The crew who put it together are to be congratulated!
No, deified!
This Pup is amazing!
New icon design, new background, technologically advanced. It contains or has at easy-ready programs and applications that provide ALL the makings of a World Class Linux.
The structure, the quick pets, the sfs add-ons, I can't say enough about how damned impressed I am at what is accomplished with this Distro.
Don't any of you on the team ever doubt it. Your work is legendary.
The people behind Puppy are mystical and the product they have here is hands above most Distros out there.
Bravo! Bravo!

Indeed.
I had to stop deifying our developers
on the advice of my imaginary psychiatric team
(which I keep in a cupboard)

Hahahahahahahahaaa....
Those psychiatrists in there with the Indian(in the cupboard)?
That's the new Dalai Lama, right?
Still, hard to keep 'em grounded with all the kudos, but an excellent Linux!

Maybe in a future life
It is MU, who is an atheist
I had to stop turning our developers
into Buddhist icons with Ttuuxxx
as his wife is quite a committed Christian
and would find it . . . worrisome . . .
My Puppy shrine even gave offense to some Buddhists
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?p=309455&search_id=1139683295#309455
On the YinYana Buddhist technocult shrine,
http://puppylinux.org/wikka/BuddhistYAP
you will Warren Willson (WhoDo - between the two dogs), MU and Barry
The white van is waiting
Please excuse me . . .

Ahhh....the white van.
I, too have modeled the jacket-with-arms-which-lash-at-the-back.
Nonetheless, offended observers aside, lots of efforts go into making a Linux of this breadth.
I commend all your capable developers regardless of their propensities and socio-religious leanings/restrictions.
And you? Wear the buckled blouse proudly.
Among many firsts, the ability to use a lot of the packages from Ubuntu repositories with a Puppy that runs effectively on very old hardware is
worthy of many standing ovations.
Let those who have not yet experienced this Linux get it downloaded, burned and in their CD drives so they'll know what I know.
