I've packaged up the slackware twinkle txz as an sfs file, with all required library files, including Qt3.
I've uploaded it here. (5.56Mbytes)
Run via Menu>Network>Twinkle

Thanks such is handy to have if one know people who lives abroad.
A former workmate married a girl from India and she can talk to her sisters many times a week for free this way but them used google talk something or was it yahoo? anyway everything that helps verbal communication is good.

I thought I'd take a SIP of it but instead got-
"libpng.so.3 => not found"

well it has me baffled as I tested it booting p525 into ram. The sfs has a symlink linking /lib/libpng.so.3 to /lib/libpng12.so.0.42.0.

Baffle solved. I used a copy linker load of the sfs file which ends up with having "/lib/libpng.so.3" point to itself. Easily fixed by deleting the link and relinking "/lib/libpng.so.3" to "/lib/libpng12.so.0.42.0.".
I'll remove the extra lib file as it's not needed.

Downloaded the SFS into Slacko beta 1
http://puppylinux.org/wikka/puppy53
and used the menu / setup / setup puppy/ load sfs on the fly
facility
Then typed twinkle into cli

It seemed to run despite the above messages and I used the wizard
and filled in my details
I had to change my sound settings
and then I added a sip contact and phoned them
and hopefully left a message as they were unavailable
Seems to be working in Slacko . . .
