Why do you say the virus is new when according to the article nobody knows what it is yet? According to the article I read, it could even be an old virus that's being spread by the way they're trying to isolate from the internet (using removable hard disks.) If the control computers really are isolated from the internet, the malware, whatever it is, is unlikely to cause security leaks.
