How do I make my puppy look like that??

How can I get my puppy to look like the one at:

www.zen45800.zen.co.uk/puppy3/page4.htm

with transparent menu's and spherical glass icons and all the rest, etc???

It's an AWSOME layout! :wink:

Problem is, I'm only new to Linux, so setting up Puppy like this is probably beyond me right now. But if someone can help, it may help me learn stuff more quickly
