At first I thought it was something to do with installing ALSA sound and Cups printing in the new Puppy 1.0.4 However I believe this line: "Informe como instalar Aliens" refers to the singer Perry Como being an interstellar alien . . . which may or may not be true PS. Printing will be much improved in 1.0.4 but ALSA will not be incorporated until Puppy 1.0.5 or later _________________ Puppy WIKI |

I compiled ALSA for Slack sources but had problems with the alsaconf utility finding the sound card...I'm wondering whether it would have anything to do with the busybox replacements of the gnu equivs? Yes under Slackware it worked under puppy it wouldn't and my slack is running the same kernel puppy uses, in fact the one that's on my XFree86 iso |
