Somebody just sent me a Microsoft Publisher file I want to read, but they didn't verify that I could read it on my computer. Does anyone here know of an app that will let you read Publisher files on Puppy? If so, thanks in advance for letting me know about it!

Dear David,

I found this link [http://blog.zamzar.com/2008/01/25/convert-ms-publisher-files-pub-files-to-doc-pdf-odt-rtf-and-more/] to a free online conversion service. They claim to be able to convert *.pub files... I don't have any so I could not test it.

If you have Scribus already installed on your system, you might see if that'll open it. I can't be sure, though.
