Scribus needs Postscript fonts

Hi, here is one that has me stumped

I have installed Scribus in 109 KDE running Xvesa but when trying to run it the error Postscript fonts not installed on your system.

Scribus installed on 109 KDE running Xorg has no such problems and uses the fonts in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/

I am assuming that I need to copy/move the fonts from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1 to a location that Xvesa will allow Scribus to see them, or am I completely wrong.

Help as always appreciated.
