Made a test package, petget-20111230.pet which solves the problem bellow.

At un-installing a PET which has files conflict with the main SFS, uninstallpreview.sh copies the files from the main SFS to the RAM.
  1. It consumes RAM/savefile.
  2. Under flash install(PUPMODE=13) with some kernel(Wary-5.1.x, Lucid Puppy and etc.), the files on RAM which is from the main SFS maskes the PET files when it is re-installed.
Reffer the post from rerwin:

Testing this pet is a bit complex. Reboot PC after this PET installed before you perform a test.
