201 - 202 upgrading woes :(

I tried to upgrade to 202 using the instructions here (http://www.murga.org/~puppy/viewtopic.php?t=8777) but it didn't work...I get a bunch of things that say "invalid module format" and then ERROR, cannot find Puppy on ideflash boot media. PUPMODE=1 PDEV1=

and then it exits to the command line

Can someone tell me if there's a way to fix this from the command line? It's really hard for me to upgrade manually as it involves taking the hard drive out (there are no bootable devices on that computer).

I took the hd out and instead of reinstalling through puppy, I dragged all the files from the ISO onto the hd. It looks like you need to restore more than those few files to get it to work..though, I'm not sure exactly what you need to replace since I replaced everything.
