How to boot from a FAT partition?

#1 Post by quirogan »

sorry to bug you MU, but I just copied the live cd data on to a newly created fat partition on my hard drive (I've also created a 500mb linux swap partition) and I intend to boot from a floppy. PLEASE let me know how to go about doing that. I already run Puppy on my big ass pc, but this I'm trying to do it on my laptop before I go on a biz trip. if you're there and can help me, plz let me know.

thanks,
q
