Any Tome2 PETs floating around?

#1 Post by gertrud »

Anyone know if there a .pet of Tome2 (Troubles of Middle Earth) around? Got Wary pretty much set up to do everything I need/want for now, except for this game. Already got the vanilla Angband .pet from here installed and running but it's not the same ;)

Sure, I've got a couple :)

Here's the latest version (2.3.8 ) on Gitorious

http://gitorious.org/tome2/tome2

I have absolutely no idea how to actually download anything from there though.

Here's an earlier version (2.3.4), both Windows and source

There's also version 2.3.5 that's available in both the Debian and Ubuntu repos.

i had a go at compiling the 2.3.8 on gitorius but i couldn't get it working properly

the one from the ubuntu repos is working on lucid puppy.... you can install straight from the PPM

I'm on Wary so I don't have access to the Ubuntu repos, and I'm pretty sure the laptop I'm using would suffer a massive stroke if I tried running Lucid :(

Big thanks for trying though! I'm pretty much at a loss when it comes to compiling anything
