I am booting up 1.0.2 Official CD into a IceWM created pup001 from PizzaPup . . .
It seems to work OK BUT the mouse is not working . . .
so I press ctrl + alt +backspace
. . . then
rm /etc/mousedevice as it suggest . . .
and I am back in Puppy with a mouse

How, who or what do I modify to ensure this is automated at startup?

============= Laughing
Q: What happens if you cross a pizza with a mouse?
A: You get a Pizza with Mouse Eralla cheese
============= Laughing

I may have posted this problem before but the mouse ran off with it . . .

What's a skirting board? (Sorry for the question but English is not my mother tongue.) A board on which girls make skirts? Question Shocked

The mouse will stop working and you will need to find that incredibly funny (but official publication) from IBM about the proper method for cleaning mouse balls

Is this a British expression? I might have to get a translation from my Wiltshire mother Smile

You probably know them better as baseboards.

If you "dress" a wound...
Is the wound no longer naked?
Or is the wound properly clothed?

And if you put a wooden "skirt" around a wall...
Does that "dress" the wall? Confused

Thanks, catdude.

I see, it's a board that is a skirt for a floor -- and of course mice gnaw a hole in it so that the mouse balls get lost. Very Happy

Here in Oz it is a skirting board, well it use to be, though I have noticed base board being used in ads on TV, the language is slow being Americanized, we use to have peanut paste, now it's peanut butter, we use to spell like this, "colour" now it's color and if we ever become a republic I'm sure it will be named United States of Australia.
