This is a large application and is once installed uses 53mb. [EDIT-UPDATED - 18 FEB 2012] http://www.datafilehost.com/download-ac463ede.html More info here: http://www.wireshark.org/ ------------------ Once installed open terminal and enter: wireshark ----------------- If someone wants to clean up this 'pet' file and repack it so it has the entry in the menu, that would be appreciated. 
----------- Also attached is libpcap which was added here by another member for users of Wary. ( not required for Lucid users )

wireshark 1.6.5-2 built in Precise 5.2.52(alpha), download link: http://www.datafilehost.com/download-289009cf.html it not work in any other puppies (glibc & library missing differencies) |

wireshark-1.6.6-i686 You will still need libcap pet from the 1st post.
