The site's name server is that of a small fruit, AFAIK, puppyite's host.

It looks like a case of Puppyite using a name that is similar to the one of this forum in an attempt to redirect unsuspecting new Puppy users and maybe some others to his forum.
As long as the site name he is using for the redirection was purchased legally, he can do with it what he wants.
But misdirection to his forum is downright sneaky using such a similar name.
