Internet connection sharing

Hello all,
I recently started using Puppy Lucid 5.28 and found it amazing in terms of stability and performance.
My question is; how can I use it to share internet with other computers and automate it to do that on startup; also I need it to act as a dhcp server.
I know how to do all that in Ubuntu (using GUI) but Ubuntu is getting very very slow on this old pc and have to move to Puppy as it's flying on this computer.
Your feedback and suggestions are appreciated.
