Type the command: lspci -nn

Identify the [vendor : product] ID codes for your device and report back.

rt2800pci 0000:01:01.0: PCI INT A -> GSI 22 (level, low) -> IRQ 22
this is in saluki dmesg

my pci wireless works in lucid,saluki,dpup exprimo,bigmike pupplet tlos
only slacko dont work

Here is an rt3562sta PET.

I don't know why your card works in the other Puppies and not in Slacko. Maybe the problem is with the rt2800pci module it is loading. You may need to blacklist it.
