I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though

Interesting, I just tried out Haiku and also a derivative called Pingwinek, just as virtual machines though. They are BeOS derivatives and pretty different from Linux. I don't know if I would install it, although I haven't tried packages for them or anything.

Reminds me of AROS in a way.

Sorry, no offence, but the original post is not very useful. Most people here are aware of Haiku, you could have provided more details as not many people have actually tried it.
