Sub_title: how to import message filters into Seamonky 2.8 in Puppy Linux

Having installed a new version of Seamonkey (2.Cool Mail I wish to import previous message filters. When I select 'import' and 'message filters' I am told to select type of file to import. But no files are listed. I assume I should instead copy a message filter file to a new location. But I'm not sure how to proceed.
