"For Lupu 528.005 you will need Pmusic Upgrade 005 not needed for LupuPlus"ftp://distro.ibiblio.org/puppylinux/pet-packages-lucid/Pmusic_Upgrade-Lucid528-005.pet

"DEV DOC or NLS pets are not needed to function"
I Compiled everything in LupuPlus 528.005, may work in others.
This pet has Full Gnome Icons so it is pretty large, ran out of time to find out what icon are really needed. Tested by me on Lupuplus 528.005 and everything works great.

If you look in the source code, you'll find the exact icon names needed by gogglesmm:

http://code.google.com/p/gogglesmm/source/browse/src/GMIconTheme.cpp?repo=gogglesmm-0-12#617

loadSmall -> 16x16 icon
loadMedium -> 22x22 icon
loadLarge -> 48x48 icon

Works in Slacko 531, though this version of xine-lib will not power the xine-ui package in Slacko's repository. Perfectly fine if you don't need a standalone xine player, though. (You can still get xine-ui to work, by manually placing the older xine-lib from the repo into place without overwriting the -lib package from this thread, but it's not an out-of-the-box option.)

I just combined what I needed into an SFS for myself, and it's working nicely! Thanks!

hi scabz

you could grab the icons from my older .pet here (bottom post) http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=54085&start=15

you'll need to extract the .pet for the lucid icons. i believe that it also has the elusive mini player volume icon Smile

Does not work in 5.2.8.005 for me. Needs libavutil.so.51 and I'm having trouble finding this lib by itself.

on LupuPlus 5.2.8.005 and Lupu 5.2.8.005 the lib is there i just checked /usr/lib/libavutil.so.51 maybe something wrong with your lupu try with a fresh savefile and if that does not work then you might of had a bad download of lupu 5.2.8.005.

I have the regular 5.2.8.005 and it just has libavutil.so.50, but the only reason I'm bringing that up is that it didn't work and a dependency check said that it needed this.

The CD w burn was verified and same with the MD5. I suppose there is a chance Puppy didn't install properly but it doesn't seem to be malfunctioning.

I also installed all the ffmeg .pets (except the DEV version) from the official repo and it still doesn't work.

On the other hand, I tried it on my Asus eee 701 which has Three Headed Dog .005 and the file was indeed there and it seemed to work, but the screen is too big for the built-in monitor so I really couldn't get to all the functions.

mini-jaguar i am sorry for all the problems i did not test it with lupu 528 005, i tested it with lupuplus 528 005 i thought all the libs would be the same. I thought wrong and am sorry for that.

you need Pmusic Upgrade 005 ftp://distro.ibiblio.org/puppylinux/pet-packages-lucid/Pmusic_Upgrade-Lucid528-005.pet
