Well its pretty simple as the linux community have done all the hard work in compiling all the programs and everything,
unfortunately i don't have time to write everything step by step so will just write the basic on how i made my Mac Vista and 7 looks. And you can look on Google or through the Puppy Forums for some of the things you are unsure of.
1, all i do is choose the puppy distro which works best for me
(Wary,Lucid,Slacko)
2. Download some Pet packages the ones i mainly get are these;
(Icewm, Wbar, Flash, Seamonkey, Mesa, Wine) "Repository"
3. Download some Icewm themes. Easy to find "Google"
4. Download some wallpapers and Icons. again "Google"
5. Install Packages and themes, Switch to Icewm using prompt "xwin icewm" and choose themes, from the new icewm start menu
6. Put on your chosen Wallpaper. And drag the programs you want from usr/share/applications to the desktop and right click them and change icons.
Thats all there is too it.You can get more complicated and add more things and even change some of the scripts. Its all up to you.
Connor.
