Thanks Bark for making these updated Openbox .pet files available to us and for your care and work for the Puppy Community. It is very much appreciated by those of us who are no longer able to do these things for ourselves, and by others looking for updated software as well.

Keep up the great work! These will go into my DVD repo for backup where I've lost my original files. :)

Cheers/Amicalement,

Thank you for the comment. As you may know now my links are dead. That is because I have moved them to my upcoming puppy repository (which I can't get working with the PPM). Right now I want to save my money for more RAM for my desktop (PC2-6400 DDR2) and laptop (PC-66 SDRAM). But the links are still there, just in another location.

mine is compatible with all pupies (I think) and is compiled as a i486, but anyways how do I add my repo to the PPM manually. I have the database in the correct format.

Greetings all,

I am having a problem with Openbox when remastering and hope you can help.

running Lucid 5.2.8 with 775MB ram and 75 GB HDD

When I remaster, the openbox resets to the default theme "curdled" instead of the desired and used theme "Artwiz-boxed". I need to know which file(s) to edit in order to have the desired theme remain when remastering.

Help is appreciated! :D

Thanks!

E

Hi e_mattis,
Openbox theme is set in file /root/.config/openbox/menu.xml and/or same file in /etc/xdg/openbox/menu.xml
You will need to manually copy these files over during the remaster process.

Alternatively you could try Woofy remaster tool which has a gui option for setting openbox theme.

What is this, anyway, language support? Other than that, there's just two libs.

/usr/lib/libobrender.la
/usr/lib/libobrender.so
/usr/lib/libobrender.so.27
/usr/lib/libobrender.so.27.0.1
/usr/lib/libobt.a
/usr/lib/libobt.la
/usr/lib/libobt.so
/usr/lib/libobt.so.0
/usr/lib/libobt.so.0.0.1
